Presidente de la Legislatura is a position within regional councils of Prasia. The president's role is to act as leader of the council, as the Prime Minister would act in Congress. The president is usually elected by the legislature at the beginning of each legislative term and can be removed by the legislature through a normal majority. In some regional legislatures, there is also an opposition leader.
One exception to this is San Serena, whose legislature, Ayuntamiento de San Serena, does not have a President, but is directly led by the Mayor.
